Congratulations to our gorgeous couple Lauren and John, who remind us of ourselves being both Australian and Greek.
Lauren and John were married at Mortdale Anglican Church, followed by the formal shoot at a nearby park then some cool beach shots at Ramsgate. The celebrations continued at the Georges River 16ft Sailing Boat Club – Great night!
Lauren amazed everyone by doing part of her speech entirely in Greek as a surprise to John and his family – Good girl Lauren!!!

Congratulations to Claudia and Kiriakos who were married on Sunday 19th September 2010 at Curzon Hall.
The day began with Fivo and Bevan documenting the boys getting ready. Then it was off to see Claudia and the girls, who were getting dressed at Claudia’s parent’s house. It was a very beautiful but emotional day, and Claudia looked absolutely stunning in her gown. Both families were very warm and loving and we want to thank them for their generosity and kindness on the day.

As the excitement of the day began to unfold, we headed to Curzon Hall for the ceremony. The celebrant pronounced the happy couple as husband and wife and after their first kiss we gathered all the guests together for a big group shot.

Then it was time for some fun! We shot some stunning photos in and around Curzon Hall gardens before heading into the Argyle and Martin Place, the famous Paspaley pearl door shot was on the top of our list and some casual shots wandering around the GPO.

After all the excitement we headed back to the Conca D’oro Events Centre for the reception. Claudia’s Uncle was just gorgeous as he performed a few songs to Claudia’s surprise. The theme for the remainder of the night was to have ‘FUN’ and lot’s of partying was had by all, with everyone having a great time.

Congratulations once again guys and we wish you both all the happiness in the world as you begin the next chapter of your lives together.
All our love Fivo, Cinda and Bevan xoxox.

Congratulations to Heather and Mark who were married on Saturday 18th September 2010, at the Gunner’s Barracks ‘Tea Room’, in Mosman. The day was absolutely beautiful, as the warm sun shone down on the bridal party who had gathered from the early hours of the morning for the 10am ceremony.

During the morning, Mark and the boys had a few photos taken whilst getting ready and greeting the guests. Fivo and Bevan then took some gorgeous shots of the girls who had just arrived, looking stunning in purple dresses. Heather wore an elegant strapless dress and gracefully walked down the aisle with her dad.

After Karen Taylor pronounced the happy couple as husband and wife, the fun began with plenty of eating, drinking and dancing. Then it was time for a big group shot and some fun location shots in and around the barracks..

We then headed to Balmoral beach for the last rays of golden hour and had some fun on the beach.
Congrats once more guys, we wish you all the happiness in the world.

Love Fivo, Cinda and Bevan xxoo

Congratulations to Rachel and Con who were married at All Saints Cammeray Anglican and the Greek Orthodox Church of St Gerasimos in Leichardt on Saturday 24th July 2010.

The blue sky was sparkling as we made our way to the groom’s house. The boys were very organised, being fully dressed on our arrival. The house was quite calm as family members joined in the pre wedding preparations. After some candid and formal shots we headed over to the bride’s address.

There was a buzz of energy as the girls were finishing off the final touches of their makeup. Then it was time for some fun and sexy shots, and luckily, Rachel was a natural glamour puss! The flower girls were also getting ready and were very excited to be in their princess dresses.
Before long it was time to head off to the first ceremony in Cammeray. The service was very personalised and heartfelt. Rachel’s brother said a prayer for the happy couple and Olivia Robinson was phenomenal as she sang and played two songs on the ukulele and guitar, while the newlyweds signed the marriage certificate. After a big group shot and some family formal shots we headed in to Balmoral beach for our first location shoot. The warm glow of golden hour created the perfect lighting for such a gorgeous setting, in and around the rotunda, the bridge and on the beach.

Next we headed to the final ceremony in Leichardt. The traditional service was enjoyed by all and Rachel’s sister, Emma was their matron of honour and Con’s brother, Frank was their best man. Frank needed a little help with the Stefana, but he got there in the end ? There was a lot of rice throwing outside the church, with Con’s mum throwing the whole basket over Con’s head! Then we all gathered together for another group shot on the steps and made our way into The Rocks, for the last location shoot before the sun vanished.

We made the most of the time left by grabbing the bride and groom and snapping away as we wandered through the Argyle. Then we returned to the Waterfront for the reception, which was cosy and warm. After all of the formalities were done, the bride and groom snuck outside for one last photo opportunity near the passenger terminal. The view was stunning as we shot the couple with the Opera House in the background. Then we headed back inside for some fun and dancing. What a busy but wonderful wedding day

Congratulations to Joanne and Evan who were married at All Saints Greek Orthodox Church on Saturday 5th June 2010.
Leading up to the day we had nothing but rain everyday for the past 2 weeks, but for some miraculous reason it was the first day that the sun was showing its face, despite the prediction of rain – Phew!!
As Fivo, Bevan and Ilija arrived at Evan’s house in the morning, they were happy to see Michael, the best man’s hot red Ferrari parked in the driveway already dressed with the white wedding ribbons. With the boys very relaxed and chilled out, they started getting ready pretty quickly whilst we shot some candid photos. This was followed by some photos of Evan in the Ferrari and then serious BMW rubber burning wheel spins down the street before heading to the church – typical boys huh

Next it was time to check in on beautiful Bride Joanne and see how everything was going at her place. When we arrived, Joanne was also fairly relaxed whilst we photographed her dress. The Bridesmaids were really organised and already beautifully dressed. The girls helped Joanne into her gorgeous dress and assisted with accessories. We then took the girls outside for some fun girly shots…

As we got to the church the weather was starting to turn a little windy and quite cloudy. We were all hoping that the rain would hold a little more. Anyway…. the ceremony was as beautiful as all Greek ceremonies are. The excitement and love oozing out of Joanne and Evan was just gorgeous.

We headed off into the Rocks for the location shoot which was fun. The rain tried to disrupt us every now and again, but nothing was going to stop us from getting some amazing photos.

It was time to head back to Doltone House at Sylvania for the reception. As usual the service and atmosphere is always good at the Doltone House. The speeches were funny, emotional and overall very touching and warm. It was an awesome night with heaps of dancing including the famous Greek Zeibekiko dance (a folk improvisational dance), where all the boys get on the floor and pick up a glass of whiskey with their mouths and drinking it all down. And these guys can drink cause this went on for some time and was a lot of fun.

A BIG thank you to Joanne and Evans family and friends who made us all feel welcome and part of the family!
Love,
Fivo, Jacinda & FIVO Photography Team!

Congratulations to Chantel and Elie who were married at St Joseph’s Maronite Church in Croydon.
The beautiful day began at the groom’s house where the boys were quite relaxed while getting ready. We then headed over to the bride’s house where the girls were finishing off their hair and makeup. Many friends and family started to arrive as the bride slipped into her gorgeous gown. As the bride made her grand entrance, the groom’s family began to sing and prepare to take her to the church.
After a lovely ceremony the guests gathered all around the happy couple for a large group shot and a few family formal shots. Next we headed into the city for our location shoot at the rocks. We took some amazing photos of the bridal party then spent extra time with the newlyweds!
Before long it was time to head back to the reception which was held at the Conca Dora Reception Lounge in Riverwood. As soon as we arrived it was a party atmosphere, with drums, a live band, Irish dancers, and plenty of guests dancing and fireworks throughout the night.
We would like to say a big thank you to Ross from Cinemedia, who we had the pleasure to work with. We look forward to many more weddings together. Thank you also to Danny from Royalty Wedding cars who were wonderful and took great care in looking after the bridal party. The cars were gorgeous and the photos turned out amazing.

Have a great honymoon in Thialand!!
Lot’s of love,

Congratulations to Catie and Christian who were married 27th February 2010 in the Botanical Gardens.
The happy couple were married in the gorgeous Botanical Gardens by Deborah Jenkins, who is one of the best celebrants we have ever worked with, overlooking the stunning views of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.
The day was absolutely spectacular and the Bride was the ultimate princess in her pretty pink gown. The theme was pink and black, and the groomsmen wore traditional suit and tails.
After the ceremony we took a few shots around the gardens before heading to the art gallery, where the magnificent architecture was the perfect backdrop for the sexy couple. Next stop was into Martin Place for some fun shots with the bridal party, before heading back to the reception which was held at the Sir Stamford Hotel in Circular Quay, a very cool place for some awesome shots.

Congratulations once again, we love you guys!
Love Cinda & Fivo xxx

Congratulations to Wendy and Dave – Married 23rd January 2010 at St Patrick’s Catholic Church Kogarah.
The temperature was 43 degrees that day, but the beautiful couple were very cool and calm as they were pronounced husband and wife. The partying began straight away, with an awesome bridal party to keep the laughs coming. We headed back to the brides house for the traditional tea ceremony and then headed over to Sylvania Waters to a private jetty where a cruiser was ready to take the bridal party on a romantic boat ride, before heading back to the St George Motor boat Club.
